Family child care providers make decisions every day that affect the well-being of children and families. A clear understanding of ethical principles and children’s rights helps guide those decisions with fairness, integrity, and respect. In this module, you’ll explore your professional Code of Ethics, learn to navigate ethical dilemmas, and commit to upholding the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
